Pickup and drop-off from Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus station.
All sightseeing, land transfer, and inter-hotel transfer (AC vehicle).
Driver’s batá, toll, parking, hotel & road tax, permit charges, and fuel charges.
Vehicle will be allotted depending upon the group size, e.g., 2-3: Sedan, 4-6: SUV, and 7-10: Tempo Traveller or similar.
Transportation as mentioned with an English/Hindi-speaking friendly driver cum guide throughout your trip.
Hotel accommodation with complimentary breakfast (except on the arrival day).
Children below 5 years will be complimentary.
Welcome drink on arrival.

Not Included

Entrance fees for sightseeing spots and amusement parks, and optional activities charges.
Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
Sightseeing points not mentioned in the itinerary.
Lunch and dinner are not included.
Compulsory gala dinner on Christmas & New Year's Eve, if applicable.
High season surcharges are applicable during festive seasons, long weekends, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year.
Any other services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Any air, train, bus, or cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.

Terms & Conditions

Although we pride ourselves in constantly maintaining our program, the above-mentioned program is subject to change without prior notice.
Hotels will be given as per availability and not as per choice.
Our accommodation is selected according to your preference and budget.
In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, we shall provide similar alternate hotels. Any changes in the cost will be advised at the time of final confirmation.
In Deluxe Houseboats, AC will be operational from 21:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs in the bedroom only.
In Premium Houseboats, AC will be operational from the time of check-in to check-out in the bedroom only.
Considering the current pandemic situation, some sightseeing places might be closed temporarily without prior intimation. In such cases, we will try to visit alternate sightseeing spots if possible.
For all hotels situated in hilly regions, the rooms will be non-air-conditioned. Heaters are to be taken on a direct payment basis only.
The food service at respective hotels depends on hotel occupancy. In case of low occupancy, a set menu for a fixed price will be provided by the hotel as per your chosen food plan.
Rates are subject to change if fuel rates increase or if there are changes in taxes levied by the government.
We do not have any hidden charges. During the journey, if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our consent.
Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or extra adult or child above 5 years which is not included in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.
In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements. Expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
We strongly suggest you check reviews and the location of hotels mentioned to ensure they meet your preferences before confirming the package. Any change of hotel on arrival will incur retention charges.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and upon the availability of the hotels mentioned.
The driver and vehicle are at your disposal; however, he will be available between 08:00 am to 07:00 pm (except on special request).
Package confirmation can be made by making a 50% advance payment. The balance payment of 50% should be made one day before arrival. This condition might change during peak season, as certain resorts and services can only be availed by paying the full amount in advance.
The resorts and destinations suggested by our side are always open for suggestions and changes before booking. Once the booking has been made or at the time of travel, changes in hotels or destinations are not possible.
e shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, breakdowns of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any untoward incidents.
Extra charges will be added for services not mentioned in the itinerary.
