Cancellation Policy

At Riyago Tourism, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to provide you with the necessary information regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations made in 48 hours  or more prior to the tour date : No cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date: 50 % cancellation charges applicable.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date100 % cancellation charges will be applicable
  • No-show or cancellations made on the tour date: If you fail to turn up the tour , no refunds in part or full can be provided. This condition is also applicable for unused  or unscanned tickets or transfer services. Re scheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours ,transfers and Pick up & drop off.
  • 2. Refund Process
  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@riyagotourism.com or through the contact information provided on your booking confirmation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. ( 5 % VAT applicable )

3. Tour Modifications

If you wish to modify your tour date, change the number of participants, or make other changes to your booking, please contact our customer support team at 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.

4. Important Notes:

  • Certain tours or activities may have specific cancellation policies that may differ from this general policy. These specific policies will be clearly stated during the booking process and on your booking confirmation.
  • For group bookings, specific cancellation policies may apply. Please inquire with our customer support team for details.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, travel advisories), Riyago Tourism reserves the right to cancel or modify tours. In such cases, customers will be offered alternative arrangements .
