Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made in 48 hours or more prior to the tour date : No cancellation charges will be applicable.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date: 50 % cancellation charges applicable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date100 % cancellation charges will be applicable
- No-show or cancellations made on the tour date: If you fail to turn up the tour , no refunds in part or full can be provided. This condition is also applicable for unused or unscanned tickets or transfer services. Re scheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours ,transfers and Pick up & drop off.

What dress should I wear for the tour?
We recommend wearing modest, comfortable clothing suitable for the UAE’s climate. Lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton are ideal for staying cool during outdoor activities in the summer. For visits to cultural or religious sites, such as mosques, women should wear clothing that covers their arms, legs, and hair scarf for head covering is required which will be provided by us. Men should also avoid shorts and sleeveless tops. Comfortable walking shoes or sandals are highly recommended for tours involving walking or outdoor exploration.”

We do not include travel insurance in our standard packages. However, we recommend purchasing insurance independently to cover unexpected situations or medical emergencies
