- Any changes to the booking (e.g., time or location) must be communicated at least 24 in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made 24 Hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund (conditions applicable)
- Passengers are responsible for being at the designated pick-up point on time. Delays may result in additional charges or missed transfers.
- All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the passenger. The company will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
- The type of vehicle provided will depend on the number of passengers and luggage.
- Passengers exceeding the stated capacity may not be accommodated
- The service is limited to the agreed destination. Additional stops or route changes may incur extra charges.
- The company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made in 48 hours or more prior to the tour date : No cancellation charges will be applicable.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date: 50 % cancellation charges applicable.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date100 % cancellation charges will be applicable
- No-show or cancellations made on the tour date: If you fail to turn up the tour , no refunds in part or full can be provided. This condition is also applicable for unused or unscanned tickets or transfer services. Re scheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours ,transfers and Pick up & drop off.

What travel documents do I need for the trip?
You are not required to carry additional documents during the tour. However, we recommend keeping a copy of your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID
What languages do the driver speak?
Our drivers are fluent in English and Hindi. Additional language speaking guides can be arranged for an extra fee with prior notice.
